My passion is a result of my own transformation. I experienced changes in my body and mind, and was moving through my day differently—more clarity, ease, inspiration and a deep sense of gratitude for what was right in front of me. More than anything, I felt a sense of calmness—which I’ve come to realize was the foundation for the change I was experiencing.

From this regulated state, I was back in the driver’s seat—able to create and sustain change, shaping my life to look however I wanted it to. From here, I began to feel my power and see infinite possibility.

If you are ready to try something now—Find a comfortable seat. Close your eyes if that’s available to you. Find stillness. Inhale through the nose for 5 counts. Hold the breath at the top for 5 counts. Exhale out of the mouth for 5 counts with an “o” shaped mouth. Repeat for a minute. Notice any differences in how you’re feeling after.
