Hey, I’m Lauren — Here to help you find
Here to support you in finding truth, clarity and connection—this practice is about remembering who you are, learning to trust what you feel and giving yourself permission to move through life exactly as you are.
To support you in turning inward and experiencing something only you can—your own power, your own truth.
Only You is the practice and lifestyle I've cultivated to continuously return to me and reconnect with the power that lives within–the divine spark that lives within all of us.
Only You was born through my journey of coming home—sifting, sorting, and shattering my identity, beliefs and layers upon layers of armor. Remembering who I am without the need or desire to be something for somebody else, for the very first time in my life. In the process, I found self-love, trust, joy, presence, purpose, boundaries, freedom and an overwhelming sense of peace.
Part of the beauty in life is that the journey to alignment, the coming home, is never over. We are in a constant state of evolution and our free will forms our present and our future. Each and every day, we have a choice—to move towards alignment or to live in a state of the past.
You’ll be supported through breath, movement and grounding practices that bring your full self—body, mind and spirit—into the experience.
Whether it’s a simple breath, mantra or movement that resonated—these tools aren’t just for meditation, they are ones you can rely on throughout your day.
More than anything, you can expect to reconnect—with your body, with your breath and with the part of you that knows you have everything you need within.
Lasting change comes from the simple act of showing up, again and again. It’s in the steady, gentle return to yourself that trust, clarity and growth take root. Don’t underestimate the small shifts in everyday moments—these compound to create meaningful transformation.
